3v3 Football Tournament, Sunday 23rd August 2015!

Welcome to the hpc football 3v3 tournament in Dunedin. It should be a great day and we look forward to some great football, happy players and cheering supporters.

Format

All details about the format, and changes to rules if any will be provided prior to the tournament.

Event Timeline

Details will be provided closer to tournament date which will depend on numbers.

Arrival Time

On the day, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time, as the entire tournament is run to a strict time schedule and there is no waiting time. That means if you are not ready to play at the right time your team will default the match.

Tickets

Please print out your ticket and bring it to the stadium and show it to one of the staff on entry. Note that only the contact person for each team needs a ticket, everyone else has free entry. These tickets will be confirmed and used for attendance purposes for your teams entry to the event. Spectators

There is no cost to spectators wanting to watch the event, so friends, family and onlookers are welcome.

Keep Warm

While we are indoors, the forecast at the moment is for a 14 degree high, so everyone must bring warm clothes for when they are not playing and warming up. Spectators will be watching from the stands so make sure you have something warm available.

Food and Drink

There will NOT be food or drink available at the event. Please bring your own lunch and refreshments to make sure you have enough food.

Ensure you have a drink bottle or two as the games are very intense.

Football Gear

Make sure you come prepared with normal football gear: uniform, football boots, shinpads, socks. Players will not be able to play without shinpads.

Parking

Please note that the stadium car park is metered 24/7, so if you park there and do not pay for a ticket you will get a $65 fine. There should be ample parking at Logan Park.

Stadium Entry

We will be entering the stadium at gate E, as in the diagram below.
